Consultation
An in-person session where I play selections at the piano & organ for you to audition. Follow-up by phone and email to edit, revise and finalize your program. I'm always accessible to answer questions from beginning to end.

Planning

• Rehearsal dinner planning and performance 
• Music vendor follow-up and confirmation
• Event itinerary and transparent budget management
• Attend all necessary meetings and manage all logistics
• Attend rehearsal and even direct if you have no coordinator

Day of Event

• Oversee set-up of stands, chairs and sound system
• Instruct and supervise musical participants
• Cooperate with photographer, florist, and caterer
• Ensure everything runs as planned--satisfaction guaranteed!
• Handle necessary payments to subcontracted performers
• Make sure entire ceremony and reception runs smoothly
